Ang BAHÁNDÌAN ay ang institusyonal na imbakan ng Pamantasang Sentral ng Pilipinas para sa pamamahala, pamamahagi, at pagpapanatili ng mga digital na materyales na kumakatawan sa gawaing pang-iskolar ng pamayanang akademiko at mga kasapi nito at kanilang kaguruan at mga mag-aaral.

Ang BAHÁNDÌAN ay isang imbakang pampamantsan na nagbibigay daan upang makita ang mga nalathalang mga saliksik ng Pamantasang Sentral ng Pilipinas at mga kasapi nito. Sa pangkalahatan ay hindi pinaghihigpitan ang pag gamit nito, alinsunod sa Open Archives Initiative (OAI) na proteksyon para sa pag-aani ng metadata, na nagbibigay kakayahang gamitin nang sabay at mahanap ang nasabing dokumento.

Ang BAHÁNDÌAN ay isang kataga sa Hiligaynon na ang ibig sabihin ay kaban ng kayamanan (Uy-Griño, 2005). Ang institusyonal na lalagyan na ito ay sumisimbolo sa mga mahahalagang gawaing pang-agham ng institusyon. Ang didyital na imbakan na ito ay itinatag upang libreng magbigayang daan ang pananaliksik at kaalaman ng Pamantasan, upang panatilihin ang mga gawaing ito para sa hinaharap na henerasyon, at gayundin upang maitaguyod ang mga bagong modelo ng iskolar na komunikasyon, at higit sa lahat, upang matulungan mapalalim ang pag-unawa ng komunidad tungkol sa halaga ng mataas na antas ng edukasyon.
