Abstract
Korean Samgyeopsal Restaurants in the Philippines have grown in popularity as a result of how Korean Dramas offer their culinary expertise to the rest of the world. In accordance to this, Iloilo City has a plethora of ethnic eateries, particularly Korean restaurants. The Korean wave has risen in recent years and is still highly relevant today. The primary purpose of this research will be to investigate the differences between Korean and Filipino-owned Korean Samgyeopsal eateries in Iloilo City. Finding the distinctions between Korean and Filipino-owned Korean Samgyeopsal restaurants in Iloilo City would be the main objective of this study. Accordingly, the researchers aim to determine the factors influencing patron satisfaction at the chosen Korean restaurants in Iloilo City through surveys they have conducted, as well as how their demographic profile influences their preferences in terms of food quality, service quality, price, and atmosphere. Finally, they want to determine whether there is a significant difference between the parameters influencing patron satisfaction at the various restaurants. It is critical for the researchers’ analysis to understand the strategic approaches and tactics employed by the selected Korean Samgyeopsal restaurants in Iloilo City, as well as how they might be applied to other lacking restaurants
