This study explores the potential of promoting San Rafael as a secret gateway to Central and Northern Iloilo through it’s geographical, environmental and historical aspect, analyzing its untouched tourism resources, including natural attractions and historical landmarks. The research underscores the economic benefits of increased tourism, emphasizing job creation, local business stimulation, and economic growth. While recognizing the need for responsible tourism practices, the study proposes collaboration between the government, stakeholders, and residents to develop a sustainable tourism plan. Positioned strategically, San Rafael has the potential to become a hub for commerce, trade, and travel, contributing to the region's overall development.
