摘要
The rise of interest in connecting with the land, discovering the source of their food, and taking in the attractions of rural environments among the urban and suburban people give the development of agritourism farms. It offers guests the chance to take part in hands-on farming activities like harvesting crops, taking care of animals, and learning about sustainable farming techniques. The town of Alimodian still primarily consists of farmers. Large areas of the town are used for farming and agriculture because the soil is generally fertile. The researcher discovered that two farms, Dong-mer Tillers Trail and Boglosa Vista Farm, are not listed as registered agritourism farms. The purpose of this study is to identify the factors affecting the unregistered agritourism farm. Thus, the study question that the researchers would want to address is “Why some agritourism farms failed to register?". This study uses an interview-based case study methodology as part of a qualitative research design. The study's findings showed that participants were having trouble completing the registration. The costs and the farm's registration procedure are one factor. Therefore, the researchers conclude that there are existing unregistered farms due to the requirements of the municipality that hinder their registration. These requirements not only involve the agencies, but they also have additional requirements as it also depends on the nature of the business. The needed requirements, however, are all necessary, for this is the standard for starting a business. Unregistered businesses are all considered illegal. It also showed that having family support has an impact on their lives since they support each other not just financially but also physically and mentally. Unregistered individuals have the drawback of not being able to receive municipal endorsements.
