This study aimed to determine the work performance level among the employees working at a fast-food restaurant in Iloilo City amidst the COVID-19 pandemic. The researchers selected convenience sampling. The respondents were the 73 employees working at fast-food chain in Iloilo City. The study employed a descriptive research design. Data were gathered using a 30-item researcher-made questionnaire and were rated using a 5-point Lickert Scale. Descriptive statistics such as frequency count, percentage count, and mean, and inferential statistics such as One-Way ANOVA were used to analyze the gathered data. Results of the study revealed that fast-food chain employees have an outstanding work performance level in all of the dimensions job-task proficiency, non-job-task proficiency, written and oral communication, demonstrating effort, personal discipline, and peer and team performance amidst the COVID-19 pandemic.
