Abstract
This study measured the RLE skill of BSN students of Central Philippine University and its relationship to their knowledge, attitude towards RLE training and perceived adequacy of BSN training. Frequency distribution and Pearson’s R were used to analyze the data collected through a questionnaire among the thirty-five graduating students of Class 2002. The study showed that the respondents have above average knowledge towards RLE training in OR, OB, MS, ICU, CHN and Psychiatric Nursing. The respondents have strongly favorable attitude towards RLE training on the same areas and they have moderately adequate perception of their BSN training. With regards to RLE skills, the study revealed that the respondents have satisfactory RLE skills.
