This research study aims to evaluate the level of service quality of the DOT-Accredited Fun Farms in the First Congressional District of Iloilo, focusing on identifying factors that can inhibit farm tourism development and contribute to guest satisfaction. The objective was to determine if there is a significant difference between the demographic profiles of the respondents and the level of service quality of DOT-accredited fun farms in the First Congressional District of Iloilo. Using a quantitative-descriptive research design, data were collected through a one-shot survey from 150 guests across accredited fun farms. A researcher-made questionnaire, inspired by the SERVQUAL model, measured various aspects of the guests' experiences. Data were analyzed using SPSS software, with assistance from a statistician. The service quality dimensions evaluated include Accessibility (4.4133), which encompasses the availability of ample seating, public options, and signage; Amenities (4.3600), which highlight comfortable resting areas and overall cleanliness; Accommodation (4.3067), which pertains to staff professionalism; Activities (4.2467), which exceeded guests’ expectations for enjoyment and entertainment; and Attractions (4.7600), praised for the atmosphere and surroundings. The results revealed no significant differences in service quality perceptions based on demographics such as sex, age, education, occupation, or income, as all p-values were above 0.05. This suggests that guests’ evaluations of service quality are consistent across these demographic profiles. Overall, the findings imply that service quality at DOT-Accredited Fun Farms generally meets or exceeds guest expectations, with no demographic factors influencing satisfaction levels.en_US
