Abstract
This study was a quantitative research method using experimental research design which aimed to determine the level of acceptability of banana blossom (Musa sapientum var. cinerea) into cookies in terms of aroma, appearance, taste, texture and overall acceptability. Also, to determine the personal profile, the number of pieces and cost per piece, the respondents were classified according to age, sex. This study was composed of 30 respondents who were residents of Brgy. Don T. Lutero West Janiuay, Iloilo. They were accidentally selected for this study to give feedbacks and comments about banana blossom (Musa sapientum var. cinerea) cookies. The result revealed that banana blossom cookies were highly acceptable by young, adult and old respondents. As to the cost, number of servings and cost per servings of banana blossom cookies (Musa sapientum var cinerea), results showed that banana blossom cookies were affordable.

In the light results of the conclusion as it was drawn that the Banana Blossom (Musa sapientum var cinerea) cookies were acceptable in terms of aroma, appearance, taste and texture and general acceptability. There was a significant difference in banana blossom (Musa sapientum var cinerea) cookies in terms of taste in which the women had higher acceptability when it came to taste than men. While the appearance, texture and aroma were not significant as to male and female.
