This study was conducted to find out the effect of Motorbanca Eradication in Guimaras Wharf and Replacement of Fiberglass. Mixed method design was employed in this study which utilized both quantitative and qualitative methods. The respondents in the study were the boat captains, owners, boat operator, boat crews, and Jordan and Buenavista residents, a total of 76 respondents, 39 from Jordan and 37 from Buenavista, Guimaras. A researcher-made questionnaire was designed to gather information on the respondents. The result shows that respondents were satisfied statistically, with the fiberglass in terms of safety and security, services and amenities, and personnel and economic benefits for employees.Furthermore, respondents were more satisfied with the fare of the wooden hulled because the fare is affordable , while the respondents of the fiberglass had the unsatisfied result. The majority of respondents in the interview stated that riding in a fiberglass boat is more pleasant and safe due to the quality of materials used. The crews deal with complaints properly and actively respond to the passengers' demands. The crew affected by the eradication of motorbanca has been provided jobs and financial assistance. Quality, Services and Opportunities are the three themes emerged during the interview. There is a significant relationship in the respondents’ level of satisfaction in wooden hull and fiberglass boat. A probability of 0.002 was lesser than the level of significance of 0.05. Therefore the null hypothesis was rejected.en_US
