Abstract
Mental Health is a sensitive topic in our generation. It is often confused with the term Mental Illness. This portfolio development project aims to produce an experimental documentary, where we incorporate animation and expository documentary, which conveys the situations of a person with Mental Illness and the things that a person can do in order to help the affected.

The animation was created using the graphic software of Adobe Photoshop, Premier, and After Effects.

The project gained positive reviews from selected CPU college students whom the movie was shown to. The researchers concluded that this thesis project has successfully raised the awareness of Mental Health and it’s importance in our society. It also gained a positive feedback from the ethical review committee, they also suggested some things that can help improve the study.
