Аннотации
The Quickpay Payroll System for St. Rafael Development Corporation is automated, highly conceptualized, futuristically designed, and carefully tested payroll system that will speed up payroll generation of the whole company. The features which the researchers have included in the system are: the system has linked the log in/ logout system with the payroll preparation. The data regarding the attendance of employee are shared by both systems. The system quickly generates and stores the record of employee’s absences, late, overtime and leaves such as vacation leaves, maternity leaves, and sick leaves. The system automates payroll computation while making recording and retrieval of employee records fast and easy. The system performs fast and easy generation of the general payroll and all other payroll related reports and it has password security to ensure the integrity of data.

Logically, this will greatly benefit the payroll master, employees, and the company itself as described herein, thus, completing and meeting the general and specific objectives of the study.

The researchers and developers of this system used a Random Unified Process methodology in which all necessary are done in a step by step process. For future improvement, the researchers wanted that the system will use fingerprint as the biometrics and also onsite employee will be given a PDA which has the system on it with a barcode reader for the ID for easy track of onsite employee.
