The features which the researchers have included in the system are: the system has linked the log in/ logout system with the payroll preparation. The data regarding the attendance of employee are shared by both systems. The system quickly generates and stores the record of employee’s absences, late, overtime and leaves such as vacation leaves, maternity leaves, and sick leaves. The system automates payroll computation while making recording and retrieval of employee records fast and easy. The system performs fast and easy generation of the general payroll and all other payroll related reports and it has password security to ensure the integrity of data.
Logically, this will greatly benefit the payroll master, employees, and the company itself as described herein, thus, completing and meeting the general and specific objectives of the study.
