Abstract
This is a descriptive study on the factors related to LLE performance of the LIS graduates of an Academic university from 2009-2018. The study aimed to describe the respondents' profile, academic/review experience, exposure to library work, and their LLE performance; and the relationship between these variables. The study used a one-shot survey design, distributed to respondents online. There were 49 respondents.

Majority of respondents were 25 years old and above; female; public high school graduates; and have work experience as OJT, student assistant, and library staff. Most respondents: did not receive honors at graduation; enrolled in an academic review center; took and passed a pre-board examination; reviewed and took the exam in Manila; had 8 months and below for time frame between graduation and exam; had no experience as student assistant and library staff.

From 2009-18, there were more passers compared to those who failed in the licensure examination. The average percentage of passers during the time period studied still exceeded the national average except in 2014, 2017, and 2018.

It was found that there is no significant relationship between profile and academic/review experience. Profile and academic/review experience also had no significant relationship to LLE performance.
