| dc.description.abstract | This study “Food Safety Knowledge and Practices Among Street Food Vendors in Iloilo City: Their Influence on Profitability” was conducted to determine the food safety knowledge and practices among street food vendors in Iloilo City and their influence on profitability. The respondents of the study were the One Hundred (100) street food vendors located in Iloilo City who were chosen using purposive sampling technique. They were classified according to sex, age, educational attainment, and number of years vending. The study utilized a descriptive-correlational research design were the frequency and percentages, mean, Mann–Whitney U test, Kruskal–Wallis H test, and Spearman's Rho were used to analyze the collected data. The researchers used a survey questionnaire. | en_US |
