dc.description.abstractThis study was conducted to determine the Marketability of Spinach (Amaranthus Viridis) Chips in terms of appearance, flavor, texture, product, price, place, promotion, people, process, packaging, shelf life and its overall marketability in making it into chips. This is marketability research design that employs an accidental sampling method. The data were gathered through a questionnaire given to fifty respondents. The level of Marketability of Spinach (Amaranthus Viridis) chips as perceived by the respondents in appearance, flavor, texture, product, price, place, promotion, people, process, packaging, shelf life and its overall marketability. There was no significant difference in the level of marketability as to appearance, flavor, texture, product, price, place, promotion, people, process, packaging, shelf life and its overall marketability as perceived by the respondents when grouped according to age, sex and place of origin. Results revealed that females were more participative than male, mostly 22 and above. Furthermore, the level of marketability as perceived by the respondents in terms of appearance, flavor, texture, product, price, place, promotion, people, process, packaging, shelf life and its overall marketability plays an essential factor in the product, and the level of marketability is not affected in all different result and when the respondents were grouped according to age, sex and place of origin.en_US
