For managers, the strongest predictor of profitability is educational attainment, the strongest predictor of solvency is educational attainment and governance aspect of sustainability, and the strongest predictor of operating capacity is age. Based on the findings and conclusions of the study, it is recommended that hospitals should focus on improving the following dimensions of quality of patient care: tangibility, empathy, and assurance.
