| dc.description.abstract | This study investigated the importance and satisfaction of non-academic services among international students in Fujian Province that are available for them using a descriptive-correlational research design. A sample of 416 international students was randomly selected from a total population of 5,881. Most respondents were under 30 years old, with nearly equal gender distribution, predominantly single, pursuing undergraduate degrees across various fields, and representing diverse global regions. Their duration of stay in China varied, with a significant proportion residing for one to two years. The study highlighted high importance given to and satisfaction levels among international students regarding environmental facilities, administrative management, life services, and self-evaluation, across different demographic profiles. IPA grid analysis identified priority areas such as dormitory facilities, registration processes, scholarship policies, immigration services, security measures, networking opportunities, and diversity initiatives that significantly influenced student satisfaction. On the other hand, enhancing teaching facilities, accessibility to medical services, career planning resources, and addressing gaps in facilities and support services should be considered to improve the overall student experience in Fujian Province. | en_US |
