摘要
The purpose of this survey-correctional research was to determine the corporate culture awareness and job satisfaction as related to work performance. The researcher selected two private training agencies in China as the locale of the study. There were 150 respondents who participated in the study. The frequency count, percentage, mean and standard deviation were used for descriptive statistics, while T-Test, One-Way Analysis of Variance (ANOVA), and Pearson’s R were utilized for inferential statistics, all set at .05 level of significance. The study revealed that there was “moderate extent” of corporate culture awareness, prevailing “dissatisfaction”, and “moderate level” of work performance among employees in private training agencies. While differences in corporate culture awareness between two companies were observed, the disparity was marginally not statistically significant. When employees are grouped based on their company affiliation, significant differences in job satisfaction, and work performance were found. A positive correlation was found between corporate culture awareness and job satisfaction, indicating that a better understanding of corporate culture is associated with higher levels of satisfaction. A moderate positive correlation was observed between corporate culture awareness and work performance, suggesting that a better understanding of corporate culture may contribute to improved job performance. Lastly, job satisfaction was positively correlated with work performance, implying that employees who are more satisfied tend to perform better in their roles.
