Dining experience is an important factor in attracting customers to a restaurant. Traditionally, the entire experience is tedious starting from seat reservation, ordering, meal processing, and bills payment. This setup can lead to multiple issues such as shortage of seat accommodation during peak hours, lack of intuitive suggestions for meal order, errors in taking orders, and lack of alternatives for a fast checkout process. This study aims to address those concerns that are hindrance to the success of a restaurant and better experience of a customer. Bimby is a mobile application to provide better accessibility for users to interact with a restaurant of their choice. Also, it is integrated with an AI Recommender service which enables tailored recommendations based on filters such as user’s location, order history, and food preference. Furthermore, it is equipped with a payment gateway to allow secure and cashless bill payment. With the implementation of this solution, businesses can gain insights on what factors can be incorporated with their current system for the betterment of it. The utilization of current advancements in technology could bring great potential to a business. Hopefully, it will make businesses be more innovative towards their approach in providing best quality of service and connecting better with their customers.
