dc.description.abstract | Speech delivered at the Bulacan Bar Association dinner for the Central Luzon Fil-American Lawyers League on May 28, 1966. There has been some agitation lately to terminate the parity agreement even before 1974 or, at least, not to permit its extension after its expiration on July 3, 1974. The big question that is often asked in the light of this agitation is: What will be the effect of the termination of the parity agreement upon rights and privileges acquired and enjoyed by Americans under such agreement? | en_US |
