Abstract

The purpose of this study is to provide an efficient Student Information System that could be undertaken for the benefit of Western Visayas College of Science and Technology Registrar's Office. Those persons that could be benefited in the office are registrar administrator, clerks, and student assistants.

Using this proposed system, it could create coordination of records that are being generated. Through constructed password the data can be used with security and control on the information to prevent unauthorized access by the users.

Complicated transactions being done in the office can be easily finished that will result to a better service rendered to the students and teachers.

The faculty and staff of the entire school will be benefited, by helping them in their decision making for the improvement of the school.
