Abstract
This study was conducted to develop a management information system for Multi L&A where we created an automated MIS composed of four modules; inventory, purchasing, sales and HR management.
The Inventory will include a database of all merchandise sold by the company and the personnel assigned may be able to manipulate all merchandise inventory records. The Purchasing system starts with the categorization of the list of stocks to purchase and after, a P.O. is generated and printed afterwards. In the sales, the customer may render multiple transactions where receipts are generated as the customer claims the purchased items. The HR will include login and logout system and compute employee payroll based weekly and generate payroll summaries.
The Multi L & A Management Information System is more convenient to use and has a user-friendly interface and was designed to interact smoothly to the conventions that they have gotten used to.
