Résumé
The study developed is a classification of a Learning Management System that entails to be used virtually to assist instructors when they manage their classes.

The system developed allows the delivering of learning materials to students via online, provided that the accessibility is possible. On this end, the Virtual Learning Environment for Central Philippine University (VLE for CPU), was developed to allow the improvement for classroom management techniques.

Incorporated in the system are common methods used in regular classroom teaching environment, which is made available online through the system. Course Curriculums, Assignments, Quizzes, Chatroom Sessions, Report Submission, Class records reports are the major components implemented in the system.

The VLE for CPU allows the students and instructors to meet online through a synchronous web-based application. Presenting lessons through video, PowerPoint, or chatting could be done by the instructor. The students are able to talk with other students and the instructor, as well as, collaborates with each other, answer questions, or post questions through a Question and Answer Session.

As more enhanced by the adaptation of SMS and Email Notifications brought by any new activities that would arise, this could improve the wellness of the students by being well-informed on instances that would require their attention.

The study developed revealed an immense change as a new type of technological innovation has come to take part. Being able to use the system, allows an advancement in the University, and at the same time brings a new change.
