Local governance vs. centralization: The case of pastors in the CPBC

Abstract

This research endeavor seeks to determine preferences of CPBC pastors on local governance versus centralization. Specifically, the objectives of this study are as follows: 1) To determine the profile of the pastors according to sex, age, civil status, educational attainment, work, and nature of work. 2) To determine the preference of pastors in these areas – spiritual, social, economic and management – as far as local governance and centralization are concerned.
