The study was designed to develop an offsite and website system for the Iloilo Tinagan School of Martial Art Inc. It focused on the following objectives: a website to cater all information needed by the people who wants to know about Iloilo Tinagan School of Martial Arts, an offsite and online website enrolment module of ITMSAI to cater enrolment needs of the students, a Sectioning Module to reduce time in looking for the assignments of sections, a Payment Module for ITSMAI, a Login - Logout Module to monitor the attendance of students, a Training Program to monitor the progress of the students, a Search Module for Students, Sections, Semester, Martial Arts and Year, a Printing Module for the reports of payments, training program, sections, list of students by semester and year.

The methodology used for the development of the system is the Web Development SDLC which has the following stages; Planning, Analysis, Design, Implementation, and Maintenance.

Results showed that the proposed ITSMAI offsite and website system will greatly benefit the Martial Art School. They can also enroll and register for the upcoming events online so that they won’t waste their time and efforts going to Tinagan.

Based on the above conclusion, the group recommends the implementation of ITSMAI offsite and website system as an alternative to the current manual system since it will help advertise information regarding martial arts, speed up the process, and is easier to access and convenient for the users.
