Résumé
This investigation was undertaken to find out the factors and the most common factors that influence the Law students of Central Philippine University before and during the bar examination to their success rate in passing the bar exam. The respondents were the Law students who took the bar examinations in the year 2008 - 2013. The subjects were selected using convenience sampling method were the researcher chose available lawyers who would answer the researcher-made questionnaire.

In this study the factors that influence to the success in passing the bar exams as identified by the respondents were pre-law courses, financial support and work, review center, teaching style and learning acquired from law school. The study also determined that most common factors that greatly affect the success of the respondents as they take the bar exams. These were Divine intervention, study habits, perseverance, and sacrifices.

Based on the significant findings of the study, the researcher recommended that students must challenge themselves while they are still in law school to learn new things everyday that may help them pass the bar exam and bar examinees should also observe the tips from the bar passers to somehow help them in their success when they take the bar exam.
