Résumé
Scheduling is defined as a way of organizing things, putting order in all the activities of everyday life so as not to miss out any of its important details. Scheduling makes any work fast and efficient.

The proponents decided to develop a system named “Facilities & Equipments Scheduling System” that can schedule and do reservation of facilities and equipments via internet. At present, the office of the Vice-President for Administration (VPA) and Educational Media Center (EMC) uses the manual process of scheduling and booking of mentioned facilities and equipments. This is a good way of doing a transaction, but the proponents have observed that it will be much better to have a computerized system to manage their services. This is great help to EMC and to the office of the VP A. Key features of the system will help both offices attain faster and well-organized business undertakings.
