Abstract
The study was conducted to determine the Job Satisfaction of the Clinical Instructors of Saint Gabriel College.

The respondents of the study were the 54 clinical instructors presently employed at Saint Gabriel College.

This is a descriptive-correlation research which used a self-administered together the needed data. The data were processed and analyzed through the Statistical Package for Social Sciences Program (SPSS). Descriptive statistics of frequency counts, percentages and mean were utilized. To test the significant difference, Cramer’s V test was used.

The finding show that the mean age of the respondents was 36.11 years. Almost three-fourths of them were females and more than half of them were married. The majority ofthe respondents were graduates of Bachelor of Science in Nursing, employed on temporary status, and had been in the service for an average of 4.78 years.

The respondents were satisfied with the job assignment, organizational climate and interpersonal relationship, while they were fairly satisfied with the recognition accorded to them by their superior, compensation received and their working environment. In general, the respondents’ were satisfied with their job.

A significant relationship was found the personal characteristics: age, educational attainment and employment status. And level of job satisfaction
