Municipal halls are essential to governance and community engagement in the Philippines, acting as administrative centers where local officials oversee affairs, deliver services, and foster civic participation. However, San Jose de Buenavista, as the capital of Antique, faces significant challenges in enhancing its efficiency due to limited space and outdated facilities, highlighting a critical gap in local governance effectiveness that impacts service delivery and community involvement. This lack of adequate infrastructure not only hinders the operational capacity of local government but also affects citizens' accessibility to essential services. The proposed two-storey municipal hall with basement parking aimed to address these pressing issues, such as limited space, inadequate parking, and dispersed government offices, thereby enabling the town to better serve its constituents and promote a more cohesive community environment. The study included detailed architectural plans, mechanical plans, structural designs, plumbing layouts, electrical plans, cost estimates, and work schedules. The structure will be designed in accordance with the NSCP 2015 code of practice. To ensure efficiency and sustainability, green building technologies, including energy-saving fixtures, were incorporated into the design. The proposed building will have a total floor area of 4,496.4 square meters, with an estimated project cost is Php 120,177,986.55, which will be funded by the Local Government Unit and estimated project working days of 420 days. It is recommended that, once the structure is fully functional, the installation of safety and security devices, such as CCTVs and other essential security measures, should be carried outen_US
