Approximately 2.1 million individuals globally lack access to safe drinking water, leading to waterborne diseases and jeopardizing lives. This research focuses on the proliferation of water refilling stations in Iloilo City, where 70% operate without mandatory health checks. A researcher-developed questionnaire was utilized as the tool for this research to identify the relationship between knowledge and compliance with health sanitation practices among refillers of selected water refilling stations in Iloilo City. The questionnaire consisted of three parts. In the first part, the participants' demographic data were collected: age, sex, educational attainment, formal training, and years of experience. The second part listed statements to test the respondents' level of knowledge on health sanitation practices, instructing participants to select whether the statements were true or false. The third part listed statements pertaining to compliance with health sanitation practices, and participants were instructed to select their answers on a 5-point Likert scale: 5 (Always), 4 (Often), 3 (Sometimes), 2 (Rarely), and 1 (Never). The results were then analyzed using SPSS by the statistician. The results of the study showed that there is a direct relationship between knowledge and compliance. The participants are well-trained in the business and are knowledgeable and compliant with health sanitation practices.en_US
