Abstract
The thesis is aimed at looking into development of teaching materials for the new believer’s care and education. Every pastor’s саn't help thinking of church growth. Generally we say that the missions of church are two things, gospel preaching, care and education. Modern church made a mistake which the supremacy task of the church was limited to the gospel preaching.

So, it is true that each church exert all possible efforts for the gospel preaching. Churchmen have wanted to fill up a vacancy of church with people. For this desire, they used extraordinary financial support, manpower and time, but their efforts were fruitless and did not come up to their expectations.

The reason is that pastors just only want to fill up their desire and can't satisfy members of church, pastors have often cited Matthew 28:19-20". Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you", for the mission of gospel preaching.

Owing to the prejudice of the gospel, the mission of home and abroad is emphasized but that of inner church is overlooked. What is within church mission? That is exactly care and education, saying that teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you. Education and gospel preaching are alike two faces of the coin. Though many peoples are invited to the church with gospel preaching, without teaching and care they would leave church.

The absence of church education will weaken all the role or church. Churches make an effort for not only gospel preaching but also care and education. For this goal the development of teaching materials is inevitable. In my analysis and experience, I feel that the existent materials are not fitted into the mission field. So I have made every efforts to develop teaching materials which can be applicable to the church of Samchonpo jaeil. With consideration of region’s animism characteristic, spiritual atmosphere, and education degree of the peoples, I composed of the materials. The materials are written for the new believer take an interest, and for somebody teach easily with it.

This material is composed of three stages and twelve theme. But this is not complete and need to be modified for the realism and thoughts of times.
