GOV. Arthur Defensor and Vice governor Demy Sonza will be inducted into office for their third and second terms, respectively, in simple inaugural rites this morning at the Capitol grounds.

Sonza told Panay News yesterday that their last session will be highlighted by the valedictory remarks of graduating Board members Juanito Acanto and Alberto Javellana.

A lawyer and educator, Acanto decided not to seek other elective posts lat May 11, as he is set to assume as the third Filipino president of Central Philippine University on July 3.
