dc.description.abstractThis study aimed to determine the level of perceptions about the removal of Filipino subjects in tertiary level among the professionals. Specifically, the study sought answers to the question: Does the study aim to determine the differences in the level of perception about the removal of Filipino subjects in the tertiary level among professionals in Barangay Cafe, Santa Barbara, Iloilo, whom classified according to their sex, age, profession and years of service? Conducted in March 2017, the study involved 150 randomly selected professionals in Barangay Cafe, Santa Barbara, Iloilo through convenient sampling. The findings of the present investigation included that there were differences in the level of perception about the removal of Filipino subjects in the tertiary level among professionals in Barangay Cafe, Santa Barbara, Iloilo. As a whole, slightly less than one half of the professionals in Barangay Cafe, Santa Barbara, Iloilo agreed on the removal of Filipino subjects in tertiary education and slightly less than one fourth of the professionals was strongly agreed and neutral on the removal of Filipino subjects in tertiary education.en_US
