Abstract
The Virtual CCS System is an online classroom management and social networking system. It is developed specifically for the College of Computer Studies of Central Philippine University. The system will address the unavailability of an online system wherein instructors and students can effectively communicate with each other through posting of college announcements, uploading, and downloading of learning materials being distributed by instructors to their corresponding students in specific subjects; and online chatting feature for instructors and students to communicate more effectively in real time.

Students will be updated in and out of the classroom giving them an online learning experience through a custom made easy-to-use graphical interface and for them to utilize the learning materials being posted or uploaded by instructors.

The development of the system used the Rapid Application Development (RAD) Model. System’s development consisted of five phases namely the following: Planning, Analysis, Design, Implementation, and Deployment phase.

The proponents’ recommends for the further enhancement of the system. The system must incorporate higher technology like using online streaming of real-time classroom environment, incorporating video and audio call capabilities, video streaming technologies, and other similar technologies.
