Electronic Library Mobile Application is a library of which collections of thesis materials are stored in digital formats and is accessible by digital devices which may be Android based smartphones and tablets. With the current approach used by faculty, students and researcher in searching for research documents which they can use for references, it requires them a lot of time. There are some instances that it was difficult to locate specific titles because other thesis books are not organized. Also, the research documents have a limited number of copies in which researchers need to wait until the documents are available. With this observation, the proponents designed and developed the E-Library Mobile Application. The methodology used for the development of the system is Agile Process which has the following phases: Scope and Plan, Analysis and Design, Implementation and Verify and Deploy and Support. The focus of this study is to develop a mobile application that provides a digitalized form of research documents. Since mobile application became one of the trends in the industry, it provided an alternative means of accessing these documents. Through the proposed system, user can greatly access immediately and identify the titles they need. Also application provides an updating function that allow user to view the newly added thesis materials. E-Library Mobile Application can now provide more information regarding researches which they can utilize at any given time.en_US
