dc.description.abstract | The general objective of the study is to develop a Management Information System for the Leganes Community Development Program (LCDP) Multi-Purpose Cooperative which will improve its transaction and information flow. This will provide efficient services to its members and an easier way of accessing data for its employees. The Iterative Enhancement Life Cycle Model was used to develop the proposed system. The model clearly shows and defines the goals for each process involved such as the Planning Phase, Requirements Phase, Design Phase, Implementation and Testing Phase, Review Phase, and Deployment Phase. The study was able to achieve the objectives based on the features of the created system. The Member’s Profile was able to add, delete and update all its members’ records. The Loan Management managed all loan details, payments and provide amortization schedule. Point of Sale (POS) allowed the members to use their savings directly as payment. The Inventory was able to monitor the in-and-out flow of stocks and provide a recorder level if stock reached its minimum level. Purchased Orders are being generated automatically. The Leganes Community Development Program Multi-Purpose Cooperative has a user-friendly interface and which is more convenient and easy to use. The researchers recommend the automated Management Information System (MIS) to Leganes Community Development Program Multi-Purpose Cooperative to ensure the efficient rendering of services to the cooperative’s members. | en_US |
