Résumé
The purpose of this study is to design and develop a Clinical Decision Support System for Patients with Pulmonary Diseases using Quasar algorithm. The system covers the recording of information, storing of paper health records, providing additional information, diagnosing, scheduling, prescription and generating reports.

The system would benefit doctors whom specialized pulmonology. The recording of information can record patient’s profile. The storing of paper health records can store the patient’s information such as profiles and patient’s history and recent diagnosis results. The system can also provide additional information which is stored in the data warehouse. The diagnosing can diagnose patient’s symptoms that the doctor selected using quasar algorithm. The scheduling is where the patients are scheduled. The prescription can provide a format for the doctor. The generating reports can save the patients diagnosis and every consultation, can record the prescription that the doctor provided and can print reports. The system reduces the workload of the doctors as well as the secretary. The system greatly reduces the time in identifying diseases and lessens the error diagnosing of every patients.

The system cases most of the work of doctors and secretary. The system can be a great help in supporting doctors in making a clinical decision.
