Abstract
In the developmental process of the study, the system can restrict the access of it through a username and password. The management of customer and employee is securely stored. It allows the user to manage job orders by specifying what the car problem is. what materials are needed and how to schedule the service by queue. It can also manage its inventory module through the stock-in and stock-out system. It allows the user to view the available parts together with the price. Payments can be paid through partial or full payment.
The system allows the user is the amount received and the balance if the client paid in partial payment.
In terms of monitoring employee attendance, the system provides a log-in/log-out system which can help the manager to accurately compute their total working hours inclusive of overtime hours. Through this, the manager can generate payroll and prepare the pay slip.
The checking of employee availability is not a problem because the system provides a schedule board where all the busy and available employee can be viewed. In connection with this, the manager can avoid to set service to the employee who is not available. For managerial purpose, the system can generate report.
