Abstract
Panay Island Properties Management System is a web-based management system and is a user-friendly property manager for real estate professionals and clients. The system provides a registration module where users can register before they can utilize it thus, creating a databank for each entity categories (buyers, sellers, brokers, agents, and properties). After the registration, the system sends a confirmation through e-mail. It also provides the required username and passwords for users and enables them to change it for security and privacy reasons. A seller and an agent can readily input the property details which will be stored in the unverified listing for the broker to verify. After checking out the property and the documents, the broker declares that the property is for sale and has an option to assign the property to any of the agents of his choice. The system has a calendar scheduler that allows each user to make an appointment with the seller and the broker. Also, the buyer can make an appointment with the agent as well.
As Google Map is incorporated in the system, it enables the users to view the location of the property that is present in the property listing. Panay Island Properties Management System has a powerful search and match mechanism to allow matching of the properties by using the facility.
This study is essential for the real estate business stakeholders in order to become one of the most advanced, effective, and productive agencies employing strategies and at the same providing them with a portal that would allow them to interact with users and clients who prefer web-based transaction in searching, buying, or selling properties.
