dc.description.abstract | The development of Fudo’s Vita Restaurant Locator using shortest path algorithm is created to help users to easily locate a restaurant anywhere without the use of internet, find the shortest path possible and displays the available jeepney transportation. Through the use of this system, users can register an account and add a place they own. The admin which has the privileges can validate all the data within the system. Through this system, the user can access a restaurant locator with ease anywhere on the go with minimum or no data consumption, minimum unnecessary effort, expense and time. With this, the researcher assured that the developed system is a web-based system allowing it to be accessed via the internet and is connected to a secured database repository which was developed with the use of Python and Redis server as its back-end also HTML and Angular JavaScript was used for the front-end. The system is also a mobile application allowing it to be downloaded from the app store for mobile or tablets with android version 7.0 and above. The mobile application can be used offline and has the same database as the web version. It can connect and update its data if the user decides to. The study followed the Iterative model to develop and ever evolving system. As the researchers created the system, it undergoes a lot of testing to ensure the application is already complete and ready for deployment. | en_US |
