Abstract
The study concerns the computerization of the Billing and Record Keeping of Barotac Viejo Water System, since until now they are still using a manual process of doing the consumers consumption bill. Doing their manual process had given them a lot of problems. Computerization of a system nowadays is very important because this is one way to cope or to compete with changes in both science and technology.
The study of the proposed Billing and Record Keeping System of Barotac Viejo Water System, Billing and Records Department. This study consists of five chapters. Every chapter of this study explains the importance of the proposed system.
Chapter I, is the introduction of the system which include the problem, review of the current solution and objectives of the study.
Chapter II, deals with the related theories about the process of doing the consumers consumption bill and what is billing and record keeping really all about.
Chapter III explains about the proposal or the proposed system that we wanted to implement. It is stated in here the methods that we used in doing the research. It also includes the hardware, software, and people ware specification.
Chapter IV, deals with performance analysis, which includes the experimental, results and analysis.
Chapter V, is the conclusion, about the proposed system that we made.
Computerization of the system is shortening the manual process using computers itself. It is the process where the manual system is being computerized to make the present system more accurate, efficient and effective.
