Abstract
United Pro-Heath People is one of the most known networking company that distributes herbal products. Most of the problems that they encounter relates to the profiling of clients and employees, monitoring of products, ordering of products, monitoring of points and bonuses earned by each members and the generation of reports.
Specifically the system is composed of a membership module that will display all the information of the clients and employees and store it in the database. An inventory module is added that will monitor the purchased product and automatically update inventory. A purchasing module is also created for the secretary and employee that will determine who purchases the product and how many products the distributor purchased as well as to generate reports. A Sales/POS is also included to easily solve multiple products purchased. Then a module that computes the bonuses of all the employees/members who purchased and recruited new members to join the company is also created. With the different modules included in the system the problems identified were minimized or eliminated.
The methodology used in this study is the Iterative Model which allowed the researcher to develop the system module by module until the whole system is complete. At the end of the study, the researcher concludes that all objectives stated were achieved. For the future studies to be conducted related to this, enhancement can be made by developing a website for the company which will include online application for membership, ordering and purchasing. The system can also include viewing of inventory details for members only.
