The Laundry Identification Using NFC and Recording Management System for Speedwash Laundry was developed to give our client, the owner of Speedwash Laundry, an alternative method for the current identification process used by the company. It also handles all the procedures of the transactions made by the laundry shop’s customers. The Laundry Identification Using NFC and Recording Management System offers a more reliable way of process for the employee and the customer of the laundry by using RFID tags as the tool for identifying the laundry and the system having features to let the employee handle transactions efficiently. The process starts as the customer drops off his/her laundry, the employee will then input all the necessary information needed to record the transaction, the employee will then write the transaction code into the RFID tags that will be applied in to the customer’s laundry. After the laundry has been washed, the laundry will be scanned to identify and segregate it to the corresponding owner of the laundry. The customer will then claim his/her laundry and the employee will use the system to calculate the customer’s transaction. The methodology used by the proponents was Scrum Methodology. The method was helpful in letting the researchers adapt through the changing requirements of the client and refine the system to the point where it satisfied the requirements. In conclusion, the research was successful in meeting the functionalities and requirements that both the client and the panelists wanted which was giving a better method for the transaction process of the laundry shop by utilizing modern technology.en_US
