Abstract
The purpose of this study is to make a Website with Management Information System for Copya Ilonggo. The system covers the Account Management, Inventory Management, Purchase, Rent, Reservations, Sales and Reports.
The system can accommodate the needs of the company and making their work easier and faster with less human errors. The Account Management can create an admin account, can disable and enable accounts. The Inventory Management can create a new item, edit the price of an item, disable an item, add services and edit serial number. The Purchase system can make a manual process for the customer that are buying products directly from the store. The rent system can make a manual process for the customer that are renting products directly from the store. The Reservation system can record all the reservation from the customer. The Sales system can display all the sales from the Rent and Purchase, can record all the sales in a month and in a year. The Report system can generate reports from all the transactions in the system. The said system will be used in the main and branch company.
This present study covers most of the work of the admin, this study also sought to answer problems like; can this system advertise the products of the company, can this system reduce the company’s workload, is it capable of increasing the profit and improve customer relationship. The system sought to accommodate the needs of the company.
