dc.description.abstract | This study was conducted in order to assess the corporate social responsibility (CSR) programs of Dingle Government Workers Development Cooperative (DGWDC), and to know if indeed DGWDC’s social services has rendered satisfaction to its stakeholders. The study focused on the social services rendered by DGWDC to the stakeholders. After assessing DGWDC’s CSR programs, a social development plan was made. The respondents of this study were members of the DGWDC who resides in Dingle. The members are classified as the employees, officers of DGWDC, DepEd, and other government agencies where they were currently employed. This is a descriptive research which utilized interview and questionnaires in gathering data. The stakeholders’ awareness and satisfaction was found to be overwhelming. Every respondent was aware of the existence of social services rendered by DGWDC. Most of the respondents were very satisfied with the social services given by DGWDC. Indeed DGWDC had attained the full success not just in the awards and recognition received but also on how it gives great satisfaction to its stakeholders from the social services rendered. This result to an added goodwill to the firm and could lead to a more prosperous and abundant cooperative. But the cooperative must be flexible and must accept changes and improvements. DGWDC should take step in getting ideas and opinions from its stakeholders and must know the needs and attitudes of its stakeholders in order to provide a better and quality social services. | en_US |
