Abstract
This study was conducted to determine the management concern for the needs of its human resource at LANDBANK. The sample consisted of the 92 rank and file employees of LANDBANK located in Negros Occidental. The instrument used was the rating scale questionnaire. The data were analyzed using statistical tools like the arithmetic mean and Chi-Square tests set at .05 level of significance. The research showed that the extent of management concern in meeting the needs of its human resource as perceived by bank employees was moderate. Moreover, the findings revealed that the perceived management’s concern was not significantly related to the age, level of educational attainment, and length of service rendered of the rank-and-file employees at LandBank of the Philippines.
