Abstract
The attempt in this study is to investigate the principles and model of biblical disciple training. This paper reilluminated the mission trends in the present and showed the desirable mission model in the future through a biblical and approach.

Today, because of the rapid reconstruction movement of church and the principle of fixed direction in the growth, reality of Korean church is harassed with the aftermath. Every church produced the principle for amount of materials, the faith to want good fortune only, the secularism, the thought dividing in two and the little heroism etc. They settled the anti-biblical view of value and the world view. Consequently it is a long time since the most Korean church and Christian lost an ability to act their influence as the light and the salt. But fortunately church leaders who recognize these problems of Korean church spur on their very great interest, study and practice about an employment of disciple training to conquer these problems. It is truth that an employment of this disciple training is expanded more and more into every church.

Especially when I attend at winter bible school that was held under the farming and fishing mission meeting of school circle in my seminary days, the Holy Spirit taught me a absolute necessity of disciple training in a scriptural phrase; “Jesus went up on a mountainside and called to him those he wanted, and they came to him. He appointed twelve-designating them apostles- that they might be with him and that he might send them out to preach and to have authority to drive out demons" (Mark 3:13 - 15).

As mentioned above we can appreciate the methods and principles of disciple training on presentation in the bible.

The peninsula of Indochina is close by Korea geographically and is similar to Korean customs, culture and a view of religion. It is important for us to learn Vietnamese but first of all to learn his history, politics, economy, society, education, religion etc. Vietnam occupies an ideal site that is gateway of Indochina for the mission.

I tried to investigate the principle of disciple training in the Old Testament and the New Testament.

This paper contained date verified by an object of peoples who practiced the principles and models of the biblical disciple training personally in an appendix. Laymen evangelized and brought up their disciples in laymen leader’s disciple training of Chamvit church. It is the kernel of employment for them to make their disciples. Inter - Coop attaches importance to the work of disciple training for personal evangelism, bringing disciples up, and making small group. The writer is sure to make a desirable employment in Vietnam mission, too.

I hope the model of the biblical disciple training in this paper will be applied in my church and widely by many peoples who charged with and concerned about Vietnam mission.
