On October 29, 2019, the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA), Iloilo Provincial Statistics Office (IPSO) conducted the 25th Philippine Statistics Quiz (PSQ) Provincial Elimination for the Province of Iloilo at Iloilo Midtown Hotel in Iloilo City.

Seventeen contestants from six different colleges and universities, which include Asian College of Aeronautics, Central Philippine University (CPU), Iloilo Science and Technology University (ISAT-U), John B. Lacson Foundation Maritime University (JBLFMU) (Molo), University of San Agustin (USA) and West Visayas State University (WVSU), joined the quiz.
