The Filamer Christian University Alumni Information System tackles on the collection of all information of the Alumni of a FCU to be used by the University.

The system intends to reconnect and strengthen the relationship between the Alumni and its college. It aims to examine graduates career growth and employment pattern. The website is designed to assist the users of the system to manage efficient and convenient transactions and provide updates to Alumni associated activities.

Employing the diffusion theory literature of Nutley(2002) allows the contextual factors by discussing the role of communication channels and mechanisms indicating the importance of the influences of the social system within which an individual lives for the system development.

The Sequential Flow of Prototyping Methodology by Dinesh Thakur Phase and Activities was used as the method in this study and aims that provided an effective process and result in developing the system.

As a result, all the valuable information from the graduates must be helpful to contribute for the development of an institution and its accreditation processes. Significant feedbacks and other relevant information should be reliable enough to serve as a tool for the assessment of the institution’s program and basis of evaluation of its curriculum improvements.
