CPU freshmen’s requirements of an ideal job

Abstract

When asked about their “ideal" job, various people give different things which it should provide or enable them to do. In the hope of understanding Filipino adolescent values related to the world of work, the investigator asked the CPU freshmen to rate twelve requirements of their ideal job and to add other requirements which they wanted to add.
